MMG Real Estate Advisors today announced the launch of its Net Lease Advisors Team, an expansion of the firm’s national platform and specialized service offerings. The new division will be led by Jeff Burgfechtel, who joins MMG as Managing Director.

With more than two decades of combined legal and commercial real estate experience, Burgfechtel is uniquely positioned to advise investors in the fast-growing net lease sector. A licensed attorney in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Texas, as well as a licensed Texas real estate broker, he has been recognized as a D CEO Power Broker (2023 & 2024) and CoStar Power Broker (2022 & 2023).

Before joining MMG, Burgfechtel built a distinguished career as a trial lawyer and senior commercial real estate executive. He has held leadership roles at Windrush Custom Homes and successfully owned and operated multiple real estate ventures, including Windrush Rentals and Windrush Development. Most recently, he worked as a Senior Managing Director with GREA, where he played a key role in executing complex commercial transactions nationwide.
