Shana brings over 18 years of experience in multifamily commercial real estate, leveraging her operational experience in previous commercial real estate roles spanning property management, development, site selection, acquisitions & dispositions through her brokerage advisory services. Known for her hands-on, boots-on-the ground, client-centric approach, Shana has a proven track record of re-positioning multi-family assets, negotiating complex transactions, providing creative financial solutions for her clients, and helping investors gain entry and scale into high-barrier real estate markets.

Shana comes to MMG Real Estate Advisors from CBRE with deep expertise in private capital and institutional multifamily investment sales. Based in the Des Moines–West Des Moines metropolitan area, Shana will lead MMG’s growth and a play a key role in recruitment of top industry talent throughout Iowa, Nebraska, and key national markets.

Her accolades include the National Apartment Association’s Paragon Award, several CoStar PowerBroker Awards (2021–2024), recognitions as a top production award winner at CBRE, and being named Iowa Commercial Real Estate Associations (ICREA) Rising Star.  Shana is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate and an active member of CREW Network, appointed member of the CREW Network Multifamily Council, ICREA, NAA, and NMHC.
