Congratulations to our latest Team Member Spotlight, Matt Ledom!

Matt has been immersed in the real estate industry from a young age, as his father is an owner-operator-developer in Kansas City. Investment real estate has been a part of Matt’s life for as long as he can remember.

Early in his career, Matt was named “Young Gun of Commercial Real Estate” by the Business Journal. Ingram’s Magazine listed him in the top “20 in their Twenties,” and Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® named him “Rookie of the Year.” He has been involved in the disposition, acquisition, and development of deals with a combined value of more than $1.5 billion and has been named one of Kansas City Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters of Commercial Real Estate” multiple times. He is a proud member of the MMG Founder’s Club, and a recipient of the 2022 MMG Leadership Award.

Matt manages the Kansas City Metro territory for MMG. Through Matt’s leadership, his all-star team of four works together to blanket the marketplace while also utilizing their skillsets and relationships to help build business throughout the country.
