How did you get into the Real Estate Industry?

You could say real estate runs in the family. My dad was a commercial developer in Tampa, and my brother is in homebuilding—so it was always around me growing up. I did a few internships in college and eventually added a second major in real estate through Florida State’s program. That helped me build a strong foundation before I even graduated.

What is your favorite aspect of working here?

It’s the access to real-time information and insights in a fast-moving market—but more than that, it’s how we collaborate across the entire platform. That’s not just a buzzword here. Having been at other brokerages, I know how rare that level of teamwork is. It benefits both me and, more importantly, my clients. That mutual support is exactly what I was looking for when I joined MMG.

When you are at work, how do you motivate yourself?

Celsius caffeine helps—but really, it’s about building something bigger than just a deal sheet. I’m building a future—for myself and for my future family. I’m here to be one of the best in the business. There’s no ceiling in brokerage, and every phone call has the potential to change everything. I love the chase, the daily grind, and the fact that what you put in is exactly what you get out. I believe that when you chase something too hard, it can stay out of reach. But when you focus on putting in the work and bring the right attitude, the results have a way of finding you.

Who are your biggest influences?

The principles I apply in business were shaped early on by the example set by my family, and their influence continues to drive me today. I’m a big family guy! Aside from family, I met Alex Blagojevich during a college internship back in 2014 and knew right away I wanted to find a way to work with him. We stayed in touch throughout the years and at every step in my career. When he and Michael Sullivan started MMG, it was a no-brainer. I knew I wanted to be part of the team.

What is something unique about you (a fun fact) that few people are aware of?

I’m a concert pianist! I’ve been playing since I was eight and even minored in music at FSU. I’ve performed at weddings and for large audiences—and I still keep it up. It’s something that brings joy to others and keeps me grounded and creative.
