How did you get into the Real Estate Industry?

In 2017, I worked as a leasing agent in the Kansas City area. I have always had an interest in real estate but prefer to work behind the scenes rather than out in the field.

What is your role at the company?

I assist with problem-solving and communication between team members. My role is very collaborative and has a lot of moving parts with deadlines ensuring deliverables are completed in a timely manner. It is different every day, which is one of the things I enjoy most about my job!

When you are at work, how do you motivate yourself?

I am motivated by finding creative solutions to issues and processes. I enjoy brainstorming with other teams to determine what is best for the company as a whole. Watching the company grow and helping our team members develop professionally drives me to continue to search for resolutions to challenges!

Why is MMG different from other companies?

Everyone here is willing to do their best, which is especially important in a growing company. Team members never feel afraid to ask questions, and transparency is valued here.

What is something unique about you (a fun fact) that few people are aware of?

I played trombone for seven years!

Where is your favorite destination you’ve visited, and why?

In 2021, I visited Yosemite during my birthday. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed hiking there!
