Essential Responsibilities:
- File offers and create/update bid matrices
- Identifying owner and buyer call lists for all Advisors
- Establish strong working relationships with MMG Advisory team and external client base
- Assist and draft timely correspondence and requests to existing and prospective clients in a clear, concise, and informative manner
- Extract contact information from various sources (proprietary MMG information, Costar,
- Databasing and researching national transactions of both buyers and Sellers
- Databasing internal market activity (executed confidentiality agreements, written offers, active
- Request and organize financial documents as provided by clients
- Assist in monitoring the key dates within the life cycle of multiple transactions
- Create appropriate targeted call lists for supported Advisors
- Prepare marketing materials for 3rd party sites such as Crexi, Costar, and Loopnet
- Extract and prepare relevant data from 3rd party sources for client circulation (CoStar, YardiMatrix, Real Capital Analytics, Reonomy, etc)
- Prioritize tasks, work on multiple projects, and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team
- Fulfills adhoc requests from Advisors as needed
Qualifications:
- Analytical and financial modeling skills/understanding
- Extensive experience utilizing Microsoft Excel with expertlevel skill set
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Professional experience (including internships), specifically in a clientfacing role
- Commitment to obtaining outstanding results, with an intricate attention to detail
- Proven track record of high performance within a deadlinedriven environment
