Patrick L. Sullivan is a multifamily investment sales advisor in the firm’s Kansas City office, where he exclusively represents owners of multifamily investment properties throughout the area. Prior to joining our team, Mr. Sullivan was a practicing trial attorney in the Kansas City area. After receiving his law degree from Saint Louis University, Mr. Sullivan was a criminal defense attorney for five years before joining a private firm where he worked in litigation representing plaintiffs in products liability matters. In both pursuits, he demonstrated a willingness to go above and beyond to secure the best possible results for his clients. Mr. Sullivan now brings that hard work and dedication to the Berkadia team and the clients we represent.
