How did you get into the Real Estate Industry?

I was introduced to the real estate industry at an early age because my dad is an industrial real estate broker. He also owns several carwashes. I interned with a couple of different brokerages before deciding that I wanted to pursue multifamily brokerage with MMG.

What is your role at the company?

I’m on the front lines. My job is to connect with prospective clients and set meetings for Senior Advisors. I’m often the first introduction someone has to the company. Every connection counts! My role is more than transactional; it's about building relationships and ultimately driving success for all involved.

When you are at work, how do you motivate yourself?

The people around me motivate me to improve every day. There is a lot of friendly competition among the Associates. We all want to get to the next level. Even though we’re competing with each other, we don’t compete against each other. If I can’t get a hold of a prospective client, for example, the other Associates will help me.

How is MMG different from other companies?

The people are what make MMG different. You hear that about a lot of companies, but at MMG, it’s true! Everyone here works hard but is laid back, from the brokerage side of the company to the operations side. Everyone is willing to help.

Who are some of your major influences at work?

Michael Sullivan and Alex Blagojevich are some of my biggest influences. I get to work alongside them every day, and seeing what they’ve been able to accomplish is inspiring. I look up to them and hope to achieve similar success in brokerage.

What is something unique about you (a fun fact) that few people are aware of?

Outside of the office, one of my favorite things to do is mountain biking. I enjoy being in nature.
