Senior Advisor

With offices opening rapidly across the Midwest and Southeast, we are now looking to continue our growth by adding a talented Senior Broker to our team, specifically in the following markets:

  • Chicago, IL
  • Indiana
  • Texas
  • Kentucky
  • Tennessee
  • Nebraska

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist transaction management team in the execution of all deal-related activities
  • Project coordination, calendar management and administrative support as needed
  • Schedule, coordinate, and lead property tours and appointments where applicable
  • Strengthen client management and relationships (attending networking events as directed)
  • Proactively research the local market and stay current with industry trends and new developments
  • Monitor local market sales and development activity, and update Salesforce database accordingly
  • Prepare thoughtful analyses of client deliverables, including Broker Opinions of Value (“BOVs”), Offering Memorandums (“OMs”), property comp reports, and market research reports, among others
  • Diligently work on the active pipeline of deals while also developing your own book of business
  • Present carefully crafted marketing proposals to both new and existing clients Advise clients on their individualized real estate investment strategies based on current market trends
  • Manage flow of documentation and communication between clients, internal transaction team and extended teams such as service lines, external co-brokers, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Commercial real estate experience (or background) and sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate or Finance strongly recommended
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency working on Microsoft Office programs – primarily Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Strong research and data analysis capabilities
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented and driven to succeed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be action-oriented, collaborative, a self-starter and customer focused
